Cameron Thomas lives his best life with his wife, dog, and two cats in Austin, Texas. He's a fifth or sixth-generation Texan, and his family has roots all over the state.

Born and raised in the Dallas area with his three younger brothers, he settled into Central Texas after graduating high school. Drawn to trees, rivers to float, live music, and great people, he moved to Austin in January 2011 in pursuit of adventure and good times – the rest of the family moved back to the Texas Panhandle.

While working at Mozart's Coffee Roasters as a manager, barista, bakery manager, etc., he completed dual degrees in Finance and Accounting from Texas State University... He also met a coworker who eventually became the love of his life, best friend, and wife. {Scandalous, I know. It was disclosed to "HR" when they ran into the boss on their first date.}

After completing his degrees and taking a bit of a sabbatical, he took a fun job at a winery in the Texas Hill Country AVA, where he talked wine, made friends, and bothered the winemakers with questions. Life is too short to not experience great wine and even better people.

We spend our weekends wearing out the puppy in the Texas Hill Country.

Currently, he is a gadget player and glue guy in an early-stage and fully remote Pool Construction SaaS business. He retains roles for the company in product, sales, customer success, and support.
